Stamm PYCC 5989, Wasser-Suspension, Niederdruck-Hg 254 nm — pigmentierte Hefe, typisch für feuchte Industrieumgebungen (Kühlräume, Abfüllanlagen, Biofilm-Rosafärbung). Deutlich UV-resistenter als Saccharomyces.
