Advanced Optoelectronic Technology, Inc. (AOT) is a Taiwanese LED manufacturer established in 1999 and headquartered in the Hsinchu Industrial Zone. Formerly Advanced Development Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., it was renamed in 2010. It researches, develops, manufactures and sells LEDs, with a portfolio spanning backlight, sensor, vehicle, VR and UV applications. Its UV business is based on ultraviolet epitaxial chips; it also makes camera flashes, LCD backlight modules and high-density LED board modules.
