Baldwin Technology acquires AMS — rebrand to "AMS Spectral UV" (2018)
In January 2018 Air Motion Systems was acquired by Baldwin Technology Company Inc. (subsidiary of Barry-Wehmiller, USD 2+B US family conglomerate) and renamed to "AMS Spectral UV". Consolidation of US UV-curing equipment industry under one roof — Baldwin already had its own UV+IR divisions, integrated with AMS into the Curing business unit.
