About the company
Violumas is the UV LED division of COFAN USA, a thermal-management and PCB/MCPCB specialist founded in 1994 in Fremont, California. Originally Flip Chip Opto (2015), it was rebranded Violumas and produces high-power UV LED packages and COB modules across the UVA to UVC spectrum (405 nm to 265 nm), leveraging patented chip and bonding technology for low thermal resistance. It offers SMD packages, COB modules, MCPCBs and optical/thermal design services.
