About this system

Semray UV4203 is a modular plug-and-play UV-LED curing system whose smart lamps comprise one or more UV-LED segments on a backplane per curing width, connected by one data and one power cable per backplane. Modules are easily swapped for different wavelengths (365/385/395/405 nm) and placed side-by-side to set curing width, with dimming from 20-100%. Peak irradiance at the emission window is 16 W/cm² (395/405 nm), >90% uniformity even at 20 mm working distance, ~15,000 h typical life with replaceable LED engines.
