About this system

The LED Powerline Web is an LED-UV curing system for narrow-web presses in label printing and flexible packaging. It uses water-cooled COB LED modules with integrated light-directing lenses for optimized thermal management and reduced stray-light losses, enabling high irradiance at low substrate temperatures. The compact 90×70 mm unit offers a maximum curing width of 1080 mm with zero ozone emission, suiting retrofits and new narrow-web flexo/offset presses.
