About this system
The UVA Print 100-200 HPV is a compact high-intensity UV large-area curing device (UV lamp unit + power supply) for curing adhesives and coatings. It runs with arc lengths of 100, 150 and 200 mm, with HOZ, FOZ and GOZ lamp spectra available; reflectors are fixed. The lamp unit is air-cooled by two integrated fans regulated to the outgoing-air temperature; an optional advanced cold mirror (ACM) reduces thermal load and an optional cooling plate adapts it for web applications. Used for bonding/coating/encapsulating of electrical assemblies, medical devices and electronics, and drying of UV-reactive paints and varnishes.
